QUICK CHEK "I Love My Coffee" CONTEST

ELIGIBILITY: The "I Love My Coffee" Contest ("Contest") is open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Contest is subject to all federal. State and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

No purchase is necessary to compete in this Contest.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Contest begins January 3, 2011 and ends March 20, 2011. All entries must be received by March 20, 2011. Potential winners will be notified in or around April 15, 2011.

SPONSOR: The Contest in sponsored by Quick Chek Corporation in partnership with Oxford Communications.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By entering the Contest, the entrant fully and unconditionally accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding. Winning and being awarded a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: Enter your coffee concoction recipe that uses Quick Chek coffee ingredients at iLoveMyCoffee.com or print or type your entry on a 3"X 5" index card and mail to I Love My Coffee c/o Oxford Communications, 11 Music Mountain Blvd., Lambertville, NJ 08530.

The Entry may be any coffee concoction that is created and owned exclusively by and you and must be in keeping with the Quick Chek image and may not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Quick Chek, in its sole discretion.

The Entry must not contain material that violates or infringes a third party’s rights, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights.

The Entry may not contain or incorporate any ingredients other than those available at iLoveMyCoffee.com or on the Quick Chek menu board.

Your name and valid email address is required on all electronic entries. Your name, address and telephone number is required for all mail-in entries. Each entry must include the complete directions for preparation of the coffee concoction, including all components, exact measurements and/or weight and complete preparation instructions. All entries must be in English and intelligible.

Each entry may be submitted only once. The use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods of agents, including but not limited to sweepstakes entry services are prohibited and will void all such entrants’ submissions.

ENTRANTS REPRESENTATIONS: By submitting an entry, the entrant represents that a) the entry is an original recipe; b) the entrant has created the recipe; c) the entry is using Quick Chek coffee ingredients and no other; d) the entry has not been previously published in any medium.

RIGHT TO ENTRIES: All entries submitted become the exclusive property of Quick Chek. By submitting an entry, the entrant agrees to assign all rights, including copyright, to Quick Chek and its sponsors. Entry into the Contest constitutes permission to use the recipe, photos and/or likeness and name of entrant in any manner and in any medium, without limitation by Quick Chek, its sponsors, advertisers, promoters and public relations agencies with no additional compensation, permission or notification unless prohibited by law. Quick Chek has the right to modify any recipe if introduced in stores.

JUDGING: After the Entry Period, five (5) finalists will be selected. The three (3) recipes with the highest number of votes as recorded on iLoveMyCoffee.com and the two (2) recipes selected by Quick Chek Food Service experts will be the five (5) finalists. The creators of the top five (5) recipes may be invited to participate in a presentation event at which time the Grand Prize winner will be selected from the final presentation event by a panel of Judges. Judging will be based on, but not limited to taste, innovation, originality and presentation.

The odds of being selected as a winner depend on the relative performance of all entries and the number of eligible entries received.

The sponsor will attempt to notify the five (5) finalists on or around April 15, 2011.

REQUIREMENTS OF A FINALIST/POTENTIAL WINNER: The five (5) finalists will be invited, at the finalist’s sole cost and expense, to participate in a final preparation and tasting event which will be held at a Quick Chek location. The finalist will be required to make the coffee, exactly as submitted, to serve the judging panel. Appearance by the creator at the event will be mandatory and no substitution will be permitted. If a finalist is unable or unwilling to attend the event, or fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification as a potential winner, an alternate entrant/entry may be selected.

Quick Chek and its sponsors reserve the right to alter or amend these Requirements in their sole discretion.

PRIZES:

First Prize: Free Quick Chek coffee for 1 Year, payable via 365 Quick Chek vouchers or a gift card (approx. value $500) and the winner’s face and winning recipe featured on a Quick Chek large coffee cup for a limited time.
Second Prize: Free Quick Chek coffee for 1 Year, payable via 365 Quick Chek vouchers or a gift card (approx value $500) and the winner’s face and recipe featured on a Quick Chek medium coffee cup for a limited time.
Third Prize: Free Quick Chek coffee for 1 Year, payable via 365 Quick Chek vouchers or a gift card (approx value $500) and the winner’s face and recipe featured on a Quick Chek small coffee cup for a limited time.
2 Runners-Up: Free Quick Chek coffee for 1 Month, payable via 31 Quick Chek vouchers or a gift card (approx. value $50).

The Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and cannot be transferred. Quick Chek retains the right to change or alter the name or components, in its sole discretion, of the Award Winning Coffee prior to featuring as an offering.

FOLLOW THE FIXINS GAME PLAY PRIZES: Prizes will be awarded to players based on their final score upon losing the Follow the Fixins game. Players achieving the following point levels will be presented with the prize below.

First prize level (1,000 points): 50¢ off the purchase of any size Coffee. Prize will be awarded via a ticket generated and sent to the player's email address. The email address submitted must be valid. Coupon is valid for one use only. Duplicated or repeat uses will not be honored.
Second prize level (2,000 points): Free medium coffee with the purchase of a breakfast sandwich. Prize will be awarded via a ticket generated and sent to the player's email address. The email address submitted must be valid. Coupon is valid for one use only. Duplicated or repeat uses will not be honored.
Third prize level (3,000 points): Free medium coffee. Prize will be awarded via a coupon generated and sent to the player's email address. The email address submitted must be valid. Coupon is valid for one use only. Duplicated or repeat uses will not be honored.

CONDITIONS: By entering the Contest, potential winners agree that Quick Chek, its sponsors, judges and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages, including death, resulting from participation in this Contest or prize acceptance. All contestants, as a condition of entry into the Contest, agree to release Quick Chek and its sponsors from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages and/or losses of any kind arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Contest or with the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded or for any typographical, technical, printing or any other error in these Official Rules or with the announcement of or offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered.

WAIVER: By entering this Contest, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, direct, indirect and/or consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damage other than actual out-of-pocket costs that may arise in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession and use of any prize.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the courts of the State of New Jersey. By entering, the entrant further agrees that this Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
